About the UX Design Awards
The UX Design Awards, organized by the International Design Center Berlin (IDZ), is a leading global competition celebrating outstanding user experiences. Since its inception in 2015, the awards have recognized groundbreaking achievements across product, concept, and talent categories, with a focus on meaningful and impactful design.
In its 10th anniversary year, the Spring 2025 edition saw record participation with over 440 submissions from 38 countries. From this pool, 162 projects were nominated, featuring industry leaders like Google, Amazon Web Services, Siemens, and innovative design studios worldwide. A distinguished jury of UX experts selected only 22 winners, representing the top 5% of all nominees, setting new benchmarks in user-centered design and innovation.
QIMU DESIGN’s Award Recognition
We are proud to announce that QIMU DESIGN has been awarded the UX Design Award | Concept 2025 for our project WE: Wellness Support for Non-Native Speaking Women. This concept was recognized for its holistic, user-friendly approach to reducing healthcare access barriers for immigrant women. The jury commended its seamless navigation, translation support, and comprehensive features including insurance guidance, articles, chat, and advice—all designed to empower users in navigating complex healthcare systems.
Additionally, our second project, MELO Bubble Ring: Discreet Stress Relief Through Wearable Interaction, was also nominated in the Concept category, showcasing our commitment to pushing boundaries in product innovation and mental wellness support.
Being honored among a select group of global leaders in UX design reinforces QIMU DESIGN’s dedication to crafting purposeful, human-centered experiences that make a lasting impact.
