About the iF DESIGN AWARD

The iF DESIGN AWARD is one of the world’s most prestigious and long-standing design competitions, established in 1954 by iF International Forum Design GmbH. Renowned as a global benchmark for design excellence, the award recognizes outstanding achievements across disciplines such as product, communication, UX/UI, service design, and professional concepts.

In its 2025 edition, the competition received an impressive 10,651 submissions from 66 countries, evaluated by a distinguished panel of 131 jurors from 23 countries. Entries are assessed based on five key criteria: Idea, Form, Function, Differentiation, and Sustainability. With a rigorous, two-stage evaluation process and a focus on innovation and impact, the iF DESIGN AWARD is a globally trusted symbol of exceptional design quality.

QIMU DESIGN is proud to announce that our project, MELO Bubble Ring: Stress Relief at Your Fingertips, has been awarded an iF DESIGN AWARD 2025 in the Professional Concept / Product Concepts category. Selected among thousands of entries, our project achieved a final score of 315 points, significantly surpassing the winner average score of 270 points.

The MELO Bubble Ring blends wearable technology with mental wellness support, offering discreet stress relief through tactile interaction. Integrated with a connected app, it features real-time mood tracking, interactive characters, and personalized recommendations, creating a seamless, user-centered experience.
