About the Better Future - New York Design Awards

The Better Future - New York Design Awards celebrate excellence in design that contributes to a better, more inclusive, and sustainable future. As part of the global Better Future network, these awards honor innovative projects that make a positive social, environmental, and cultural impact. Judged by an international panel of industry experts, the competition highlights outstanding achievements in categories spanning digital, product, architectural, and communication design, all with a strong focus on community impact and equity.

QIMU DESIGN’s Award Recognition

QIMU DESIGN is proud to be recognized with two awards at the 2024 New York Design Awards. Our project, Wellness Support and Assistance Platform for Immigrant Women, earned a Gold Award in the Better Future – Equity & Inclusion category and a Silver Award in the Digital – Health category.

This project was designed to support immigrant women navigating healthcare systems, providing a comprehensive digital solution with multi-language resources, community assistance, and accessibility-focused features. The awards acknowledge QIMU DESIGN’s commitment to inclusive, human-centered design that addresses real-world challenges and fosters positive change.
